Composition:
Each milliliter of the oily solution contains the following: Active substance: Trestolone Acetate 50mg. The other ingredients are: The solution for injection contains Arachis oil and Benzyl Alcohol.

Form of the drug:
Clear oil solution from slightly yellow to yellow colour with characteristic smell

Pharmacological properties:
Trestolone Acetate is an anabolic steroid. It stimulates the anabolic processes and inhibits the catabolic ones, which is caused by glucocorticoids. That brings to an increase of the muscle mass, it postpones the fat distribution, it improves the connective tissue. The androgenic effect (a moderate one) can contribute to the development of the male secondary sexual characteristics.

Indications:
Protein synthesis disorder, Traumas , Burns, Postoperative Infections, kidney failure, Osteoporosis, Corticosteroid therapy, Aplastic anemia, Negative nitrogen balance Treatment of tuberculosis, Treatment of hepatitis, Treatment of asthma, Treatment of Osteomiolite

Dosage and How to Take It:
This medicine is given intramuscularly as directed by your pharmacist. It should not be administered intravenously. Intramuscular injections should be given deep in the gluteal muscle. The dose depends from the patients, the disease state, sex, Clinical effectiveness. Middle dose for men: 50-100 mg for a day; women 25-50 mg for a day. . When we want to decrease the frequency of the angioedema attacks we should take the dose individually.

Side effects:
Women: virilizing symptoms, change in the menstrual period, inhibition of ovarian function Hypercalcemia
Men: before puberty – virilizing symptoms , Pigmentation of the skin, after puberty inflammation of the bladder , Priapizym, adults – prostate cancer, Hypertrophy Men and women: atherosclerosis , bleeding, Jaundice disease, Bone pain Patients should be instructed to report any of the following: nausea, vomiting, changes in skin color, ankle swelling, too frequent or persistent erections of the penis.

Contraindications:
Oversensitivity to the drug, prostate cancer, breast cancer, atherosclerosis, kidney failure, pregnancy, Breastfeeding

Overdose:
