Recommended Dosage:
An effective daily dose for athletes is around 15-60 mg/day. The dosage of Dbol taken by the athlete should always be coordinated with his or hers individual goals. Steroid novices and beginners do not need more than 15-40 mg of Dianabol per day since this dose is sufficient to achieve exceptional results over a period of 8-10 weeks. When the effect begins to slow down in this group after about eight weeks and the athlete wants to continue his treatment. Methandrostenolone can provide immediate and visible results. One worry short term users of Anabol needn’t fear is the dramatic shutdown of natural testosterone production as is often the case with very androgenic compounds. The dosage of Anabol/Dianabol should not be increased but an injectable steroid such as Deca-Durabolin in a dosage of 200mg a week or Primobolan in a dosage of 200mg a week should be used in addition to the Dianabol dose, or he may switch to one of the two above mentioned compounds. The use of testosterone is not recommended at this stage as the athlete should leave some free play for later. The effects of Methandrostenolone are often dependent on the dosage or how much you are taking. At high doses of 30mg or more everyday, it can still provide you with side effects that are caused by the mild androgenic it contains. Among these side effects include male pattern hair loss and acne. Smaller doses, however, can provide you with better results especially if you take them several times a day. In fact, the results are more evident if you take it in smaller doses around 25mg to 40mg. Also, its half-life in your body is only good for 3 to 6 hours so spreading your doses to 3 to 4 times is a good idea for achieving better results compared to 1 to 2 doses.
Anabol/Dianabol is considered safer and cheaper compared to other types of steroids that can be injected or taken orally. However, it is best used for short term purposes only in a cycle, around 5 to 6 weeks for those of you that are trying to increase your muscle, the injectable form is more preferred as it provides a better kick start in weight and strength gain. It is also well accepted by bodybuilders because it works faster than other steroids. They generally experience immediate results after just a few uses. Athletes that are more interested in strength and less in body mass can combine Anabol with either Oxandrolone or Winstrol tablets. The additional intake of an injectable steroid does, however, clearly show the best results. To build up mass and strength, Sustanon, Testosterone Enanthate, Testosterone Cypionate at 250mg+/week and or Deca-Durabolin 200mg +/week are suitable. To prepare, for a competition, Anabol has only limited use since it causes distinct water retention in many athletes and due to its high conversion rate into estrogen it complicates the athlete’s fat breakdown. Those of you without this problem or who are able to control it by taking Nolvadex or Proviron, in this phase should use Dianabol together with the proven Parabolan, Winstrol Depot, Masteron, Oxandrolone, etc.
